1/2 cup rolled oats

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds

– 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Fresh fruits (berries, banana slices) and nuts for topping

𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:

1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

3. In the morning, give it a good stir, add more milk if needed for your desired consistency.
