𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)

𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, then mix in the sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients until well combined.

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Layer half the bread batter in a greased loaf pan, spread the cream cheese mixture on top, then layer the remaining batter. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-55 minutes or until golden. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
